Little reminder: a medicine ball is pretty similar to a basketball or handball in terms of size and its weight goes from 1 to 10 kg.
It is an excellent tool that will challenge you during your training.
I like using it because it allows to do a lot of different exercises by recruiting all major muscle groups synergically.
If you are a beginner, invest in a ball with a relatively light weight: 2 to 3 kg.
For the more advanced ones, a weight of 6 kg to 8kg is fine.
